How we process personal data 


I. Personal data administrator


Personal data administrator of FC "HAEMALOGIC" LLC, TIN: 309645923, located at the following address: 99 Amir Temur avenue, MSG Minor, Yunusabad District, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as "administrator") declares that all personal data processed by administrator are strictly confidential. The administrator processes them in accordance with the national legislation and rules of the Republic of Uzbekistan applicable in the field of personal data protection.


The administrator collects, stores and uses your personal data in accordance with Law No. ZRU-547-son 02.07.2019 On Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Processing of Personal Data. The administrator collects personal data through his website www.haemalogic.uz hereinafter referred to as “website”).


These policies are issued by the administrator so that you are sufficiently informed about what personal data the administrator processes, for what purpose, for how long, who will have access to your personal data and what rights you have. These principles apply to all personal data collected by the administrator, regardless of whether it was collected for the purpose of fulfilling a contractual relationship, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent.


II. Processed data

The administrator has the right to process the following personal data depending on the purpose, categories of personal data, categories of data subject as follows:

The administrator additionally processes your identification and contact data, as well as data necessary for execution of contracts.

Individual processing purposes mean the following:

Contract negotiations: relationship between you and administrator arising on the basis of your expression of interest in donating blood plasma;
Fulfillment of contractual relations means: relations between you and the administrator arising on the basis of an order, reservation, registration, on the basis of a signed donation agreement, on the basis of an application and participation in a bidding, etc.;
For the purposes of bookkeeping and tax accounting, the following are understood: accounting records within the meaning of accounting and tax legislation;
maintaining a database of blood plasma donors means: records for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations imposed by relevant legal regulations; in particular: Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan N 265-I. “On protection of citizens' health” as amended; Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan N 415-I “On medicines and pharmaceutical activities” as amended; Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan N 402-II "On donation of blood and its components" as amended;
Legitimate interest means: effective protection in the event of a dispute; in this case, the period for processing personal data is 4 years from the date of expiry of the warranty period for the product and is extended for the period of dispute consideration. We want to constantly improve the quality of our services and, if possible, provide new, better services; we want to resist suppression of such activities; therefore, activities that contribute to achieving this goal are our legitimate interests. Legitimate interests also include processing for the purposes of fraud prevention (e.g. assessing the risk of closing a contract), marketing (e.g. offering relevant services to existing customers), transfer of personal data within the group of companies for internal administrative purposes, notification of criminal offenses and transfer of personal data to a competent authority, ensuring network and information security. This list is only an example.

We process your personal data during the period necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from mutual legal transactions, at least during the period of processing the reservation and provision of the service, etc., and for the period during which the administrator is obliged to store personal data in accordance with generally binding legal regulations or for the period for which you have given consent to the administrator. Otherwise, the processing time depends on the purpose for which the personal data is processed or is determined by legal regulations.

Personal data is processed manually and automatically by the administrator.


III. Personal data is processed on the basis of consent

If we have obtained your consent to process personal data, this has been done for one of the following purposes:
• keeping records of the loyalty program;
• informing the donor and sending commercial messages;
• sending commercial messages and offering products and services;
sending commercial messages and offering products and services means: sending commercial offers by e-mail, by short text messages or by phone.
IV. Disclosure of information to third parties
The administrator declares that he has taken all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure protection and security of personal data. The administrator has the right to make your data available to third parties with whom he cooperates during provision of services (subcontractors, etc.).
Third parties to whom the administrator provides your personal data are bound by the same obligations as the administrator and are obliged to fulfill all obligations in the field of personal data protection to prevent misuse or other unauthorized handling of your personal data.
In some cases, the administrator is obliged to provide your personal data to public authorities in situations where he is obliged to make them available on the basis of relevant legal provisions.


V. Your rights related to processing of personal data

As a data subject, you have the following legal rights that you can exercise at any time:
right of access to personal data, according to which you have the right to receive information from the administrator about whether the administrator is processing your personal data. The administrator is obliged to provide you with this information without undue delay. The administrator has the right to demand a reasonable fee for providing information, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information;

the right to correct or delete personal data or restriction of processing whereby you have the right to have inaccurate or incorrect personal data corrected. If your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to request its erasure. If you do not want to request the deletion of personal data, but only want to temporarily restrict its processing, you can request a restriction of processing;
the right to request an explanation if you suspect that processing of personal data by the administrator violates the law;
the right to contact the State Personalization Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in case of doubts regarding fulfillment of obligations related to processing of personal data;

right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to the administrator in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
the right to object to processing of personal data that is processed for the purpose of performing a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority, or in order to protect the legitimate interests of the administrator. The administrator will stop processing without undue delay unless it proves that there is a legitimate interest/reason for processing that outweighs your interest, rights or freedoms;
the right to withdraw your consent to processing of personal data at any time if you have given the administrator consent to processing of personal data.
